Pup Sees World stands behind the products we offer to you. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 15 days of purchase. Once an item leaves Pup Sees World, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Any claim related to a lost or damaged goods will be filed by you directly with the carrier.
